By becoming a member of Exhale Cannabis Club and consuming anything at Exhale Cannabis Club you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks of consuming Cannabis infused products and you expressly and voluntarily accept those risks and you specifically release Exhale Cannabis Club, and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any ill effects or injuries that you may suffer, whether such injuries be physical, emotional, or mental.
Agreements
7 Day Pass
A 7 day pass allows full privilege and use of the facility for a period of 7 days to begin on the date of purchase and expires 7 days from the date of purchase.
The current cost of a 7 day pass is $20 - The renewal price is not guaranteed
30 Day Pass
A 30 day pass allows full privilege and use of the facility for a period of 30 days to begin on the date of purchase and expires 30 days from the date of purchase.
The current cost of a 30 day pass is $40 - The renewal price is not guaranteed.
Monthly Recurring Membership (EFT)
Monthly recurring memberships allow full privilege and use of the facility. Monthly recurring memberships are billed each month on the day of original purchase. Recurring payments are billed to the credit/debit card provided at membership inception. The membership may be canceled at any time in person or by mail.
The current cost of a recurring membership is $25/month. - The monthly membership fee is guaranteed for a minimum of one year.
Annual Membership
Annual memberships are memberships paid in full for the year. The annual membership allows full privilege and use of the facility for a period of one year and expires 365 days from the date of inception.
The current cost of an annual membership is $250 - The price of the annual membership will be guaranteed for one additional year if renewed prior to the expiration of the initial term.
